Worcester Wolves vs Plymouth Storm

The Worcester Wolves will be looking to achieve back to back wins for the first time this season when they play Plymouth Storm this Saturday (4th).

After an inconsistent start to the season, the Wolves hit irresistible form last weekend by beating Hampshire Harriers 58-17.

Plymouth started the season brightly, but following a damaging defeat to Warwickshire Bears in their last outing they will be seeking to get their season back on track against Worcester.

The two sides have already met once this season, when a spirited Worcester comeback fell just short of overturning an electric start by the Storm.

Despite this, Wolves head coach Tom Horrocks believes that his team are capable of getting the win at the weekend, stating:

“we have had a nervous start to the season so far, but with our confidence building every week, and on the back of a fantastic performance against Hampshire Harriers last week (28th), I have every confidence that the wolves will put in a strong team display as the they continue to develop and grow as a unit”

Worcester Wolves WBC will be back in action this Saturday (4th) at the University of Worcester, St Johns Sport Centre, tip off at 12pm.
